POLICIES
Cleaning Policy
We utilize a cleaning service between rentals, which is included in our rental rates (no extra charge). Prior to departure, we expect renters to empty the refrigerator and trashcans, strip beds, leave all comforters, blankets and pillows where they were when you arrived. Wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work. A detailed departure checklist is posted at the house.

Pet Policy
100% Pet Free (no pets ever present with owners or renters)

Smoking policy
100% Smoke Free (no indoor smoking ever by owners or renters)

Linen Policy
LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. You must bring your own sheets for the beds and Bath, Beach and Kitchen towels. Comforters, Blankets, Mattress Pads and Pillows are provided.

Security Deposit
$500 security deposit that is collected in the form of a check. The security deposit is refundable 10-14 days after you depart, subject to inspection of the house.
